Not to say that it will fix it But I have seen several M$ reps at a
LARGE MS customer disabling hyperthreading on all win2k boxes....

Just wondering if anyone else has addressed any issues with repeated
BSOD's on Compaq DL380 G3
boxes. Typical config might be:
Windows 2000 SP3
Citrix Metaframe XPE FR2 SP2
Compaq Support Pack 6.2
I've read several posts that indicate turning off Hyperthreading might
resolve the issue.
In addition, I've upgraded a few of the boxes to CSP 6.3a and downloaded
a recently released
update to the cpqasm2.sys issue.

However, this does not address the Hyperthreading issue that is also
believed to create a STOP
BSOD on the G3 boxes when users connect via Citrix ICA.
Typical BSOD's I've seen on G3's

I've installed the recently released hotfix for the 044 BSOD. Hasn't
been long enough to
ascertain effectiveness.
Has anyone else addressed these issues successfully?
