Hi Fred,

The add/remove programs applet (appwiz.cpl) basically just scans
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall and a bunch of
other areas. 

However your access to the install/uninstall functions can be restricted
by installer policies.

I'd be tempted to check local/domain policies applied to that server.

This is more of a Windows issue but I was hoping someone has a solution.
I have a Windows 2000 SP2 server and when I go into Control Panel,
Add/Remove programs, I don't see any entries except this:

"There are no programs installed on this computer"

Has anyone seen this and how do I fix it please. Thank you.
