Hi Fred, The add/remove programs applet (appwiz.cpl) basically just scans HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall and a bunch of other areas. However your access to the install/uninstall functions can be restricted by installer policies. I'd be tempted to check local/domain policies applied to that server.
