This is more of a Windows issue but I was hoping someone has a solution. I
have a Windows 2000 SP2 server and when I go into Control Panel, Add/Remove
programs, I don't see any entries except this:

"There are no programs installed on this computer"

Has anyone seen this and how do I fix it please. Thank you.
