I had that, one W2K SP4 server restarting without blue screen (the
server was set to not retsrat after a BSOD), without events in the
event log other than 'unexpected shutdown'.
It turned out this happened whenever a user used a certain printer
& sent a few print jobs to it. We removed the driver and now all is
okay again. I'm sorry I can't remember the make/model of the printer.

Has
anyone ever run into a problem where a W2k SP4 Terminal Server suddenly
restarted on its own, logging off all users and restarting? This just
happened to us today. I couldn't find anything suspicious in the event
log.
