[THIN] Re: Suppress HDX popup on client

The final answer is that the popup is a client side issue.  It can be
disabled (or more correctly alway responded to) via either gpo or direct
registry hack on the client.  The less desirable solution is to disable the
feature on the XA server.  This prevents the popup by ensuring that the
client never has a.reason to ask.
