You can configure a Citrix Policy to disable HDX MediaStream for Flash.
Or you can configure a client-side GPO to automatically enable Flash
Redirection. The GPO template is at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA
Client\Configuration\en\HdxFlash-Client.adm".
