[THIN] Suppress HDX popup on client

Hi

Currently building a new Citrix 6.5 Farm.  My users are receiving the following 
popup when they run IE from Citrix. Message is requesting user interaction in 
order to enable/disable HDX MediaStream for Flash. 

Is there a way to stop this message from appearing on their clients by 
configuring something on our servers?
