[THIN] Shadow Issue (Error 6)

Having a problem with a client trying to shadow.  Getting an error message
"Shadow failed. Error code 6 [Error 6 - The handle is invalid.]"

Only similar report I could find for this was where the client had video
resolution or color depth set < the shadowee's session.  I verified that was
not the case

Shadower:  32 bit color, 1024x768.
Shadowee:  16777216 colors, 800x600.

This seems to be tied to the shadower's hardware/software configuration,
because I am able to shadow using her userid from my workstation.  Anyone
know what else might cause this error message?
