[THIN] IMA-service stops random

Suddenly our MetaFrame XPe farm is getting down,
when I look at the eventlog of our Citrix-servers, the event 7031 =
occours.
<The Independent Management Architecture service terminated =
unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective =
action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.>

I can start the service, but after a while the same error happens =
again,.
We have 10 Citrixsevers W2k sp3, 4 off them are with sp3/fr3, the =
others are with sp2/fr2.

Whe have that farm about a year now, never had such great problems.
The datastore is on a seperate SQL2k server, which performs ok.

Has anyone an idea what this problem could be and what to be done to =
solve it?
