Diskspace normally just dismounts the stores, for it can't write any log files anymore to disk... If all those services stop all of a sudden...I've had serious trouble at a customer site with symantec AV.....slowing Exchange down etc etc.... I know you don't wanna do this , but if you could stop AV for a moment and reboot the server without letting the AV start check out if everything starts again. it seems a lot like what I had beginning this year and one clean boot (without AV) helped solve the issue.....I thereafter amnually started the AV services and everything kept running.... I rather have Trend Micro....symantec is weird stuff with exchange..... Second, have you tired ISINTEG and ESUTIL (AFter doing backups)? What do they give you? Which service goes down first?
