If print preview is as far as they will go and no real printing ever needs to happen. Install a dummy printer locally on the server and give everyone access to it. Use something basic like a HP LJ4. you will want to clean out the spool folder every so often because people will try to send real print jobs through it. I want to restrict printing in a citrix session. I know you can set a policy to disable mapping client printers, but you get an error "before you can print, you need to install a printer......." I don't want the error. If I have to have an error, "access denied" would be preferable. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.
