[THIN] Printer install

Hi All,
I am having trouble installing a PDF print driver. It shows up in the
registry in the expected places, but will not show up in Start, Settings,
Printers. Where can I set so that it shows installed for a particular
user? I have a similar system with the driver installed (and displaying
properly) so I tried copying my HKCU printer settings from one server to
the problematic one and it didn't fix the problem.
I've rebuilt without Citrix to see if it was the culprit. I even forewent
any MS patches and other lockdowns. Still not working.
