I've seen orphaned printers in the past, although it's always been possible
to see where they came from. To get rid of them we have to select them,
press Del then restart the print spooler.

Under printers in cmc I have a large number of printers that are not
associated with any print server and don't actually exist. No one knows why
they are there. I am trying to get rid of them but they cannot be deleted
or anything. And there is no print server to remove. has anyone seen this
or have any idea how to get rid of them?
