[THIN] OT - Exchange Disaster Recovery

Wondered if anyone knew a good resource to migrate Exchange 2000 (SBS)
Mailboxes from one Exchange 2000 machine to another, or how to export
all of the mailboxes/data and import back in after a full blown
format/reinstall of the Operating System. I can't seem to find anything
helpful... and tonight is going to be a late night!
