Ron,
 
Have you guys ever used tools like Altiris to roll out hotfixes etc?
 
Were finding a few clients are piggy backing on their investment already made 
in Altiris, to cut down the extra licensing costs for purchasing Xpe. That is 
provided they dont want the RMS component of XPe.
 
Citrix dont like this though.

        Not really. I do download the Citrix hotfixes as MSI's then deploy them
        directly using IM to the other servers.
