This has happened in the past with some of our servers.  We don't enable
roaming profiles on any of our installations to date.  No need.
Therefore, it could be happening due to large files.  However, in our
case, it is being caused by soming locking a sessions on the TS side of
the DC.

You probably have a very large roaming profile. It could come from very
large files on your TS Desktop and it must copy it to your profile
folder. Delete any large files on your desktop.
