For the most part, MPSv3 is pretty good.  I haven't tested it to it's
fullest extent.  Mainly within a test lab (using ESX).  The
management features alone should be the reason to go to the newest
version (along with the capability to stream media compressed in
native format).   The new licensing features have also improved;
mainly the fact that it's all centralized now (when you get the newer
versions of the MSAM products).

Printing hasn't changed (other than the new policy for network or ICA
printing).  Most should still use third-party printing solutions to
accommodate for those annoying printers out there.  The "Follow Me
Roaming" is pretty cool.  It could become a potential security risk
for most companies.  But the functionality is there.
