[THIN] Need advice on where to look for printing mapping problems!

My printing mapping problems are really confusing me.  Some users generate
printers fine, some don't.  Logs havn't been very useful at this point.

I did away with WTSUPRN.INF and did everything through CMC and it created
the  WTSPRNT.INF file.

Now i need advice as to whbat to look for as to why random printers won't
generate.  They are all various HP LaserJet models.
