Ok, I may be onto something.

I was previously set to "Use universal driver only if native driver
unavailable" and this was causing only some printers to map.  I did not see
1 universal driver map.

I just switched to "Native and universal drivers" and sine I've seen 3 users
printers map with the UPD ONLY.  The native drivers did not map as well.
And, these 3 particular users printers weren't mapping at all with the
origional "Use universal driver only if native driver unavailable"

And the final kicker is, one of my users who was mapping a printer with the
"use universal driver only..." setting DID map a native AND UPD printer with
the "use both" setting.

So it's obviously an issue with mapping native drivers, and only on select
users.

What would cause this?
