[THIN] Re: License service not handing out licenses

1. Be sure your server is activated. (duh)
2. Be sure your Terminal Servers have discovered the TS License Server.
(Check MS KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/279561). 
3. Be sure your TS server is set to ask for Per User licenses, not Per
Device. (Check in Admin tools, TS Server Configuration, Server
Settings).
4. Call MS for support. All licensing related support calls are NO
CHARGE. (This is what I did).
