Uh. This means that the ENVIRONMENT is 2k, meanind a 2k domain, BUT the
TS server is 2k3 and the 2k3 License server is ON a 2k3 Terminal Server.

NOT 2k3 cals on a 2k license server.

          And I quote....

Q: Can I install the Windows 2003 Terminal Server licensing service on a
Terminal Server?
A: Yes. In fact, many people do this in smaller environments, especially
if the domain is Windows 2000-based and they don't want to upgrade any
other servers to Windows 2003.

        David,

I think you might have misread, perhaps? I was not aware this
was possible, as a 2k Server does not have the option to add 2k3 TSCALs.

        Quoting from his site:

        http://www.brianmadden.com/content/content.asp?id=154

"In Windows 2003 Terminal Server environments, the TS licensing
service must be installed on a Windows 2003 server. That server can be
any server in your environment, and it doesn't have to be a server
that's running Terminal Server. Most companies install the TS licensing
service on a standard Windows 2003 file and print server."

I saw on Brian Madden's site that it is
possible to load a Terminal Server 2003 licensing service

onto a Windows 2000 server. Any one know
how to do this?
