We found a Microsoft KB article outlining this issue, and a link to the hotfix to download from MS. (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];884020) <-- Link may wrap I have downloaded this hotfix, and this resolved the issue. I am very surprised that no one has every heard of this problem. I guess not many companies are deploying SP2 for Windows XP.
