Why does it have to be a desktop? Just run all of the integrated apps in
the same IE environment. If users are seeing each others information it
could be one of several things. COM objects, Services, IP Stack (rare but
I've run into this), folder redirection.

First I would check to see where the Files/Folders are being redirected too.
Are the folders being redirected to the same place? Or is there a folder
you need to add the isolation environment?

COM object/Services - AIE won't help you here, but Softgrid has the ability
to isolate these.

IP Stack - Is the application(s) using the IP stack (loopback or otherwise)
to send information between applets? Yes, I know this is rare but I've
personally seen a programmer do this. If so, look at loopback/IP
virtualization.

Subject: [THIN] Isolation Environments

I have an application that I'm sure an Isolation Environment would help,
but it has to run in a desktop, not published. It integrates with a
couple other apps, so I publish out a desktop for the users,
unfortunatly every now and then the users see each others data. Is
there anyway to run a desktop in an IE?
