[THIN] Re: ICA client per-config

The password part is done in the APPSRV.INI or in your case for the
preconfigured APPSRV.SRC file. You need an entry toward the top that
says - NoSavePwordOption=On. This removes the checkbox.

The domain part is done in PN.INI or PN.SRC. You can do the following;
Username=Type-Your-Username-Here
Domain=DOMAIN-NAME
