[THIN] ICA client per-config

Hi group,
I think it was discussed before but I can't seem to find it in the archive.
I am trying to create custom pre-configured ICA Client. All I really want is
no save password option (already done) and domain box filled with our domain
name.
Which source file I need to edit and which part of it to get my domain name
filled in? I found a "Domain" parameter in INI Reference file but I can't
figure out where to put it.
My environment is 1 MF XP FR3 farm with 1 Published app set. My clients are
all V7.00.
