[THIN] HP ilo for Dell

Anyone know what the equivalent to HP's iLO is for Dell servers?
I never thought I would say this, but I really miss HP servers. My instinct
tells me it is just because Dell sucks. But logically, I figure I just have
not learned the nuances of working with them yet.
I know a lot of you love the Dell servers. So please, share your tips for
these things. Because I am ready to dump some iron shavings in the model 3.
