[THIN] Floppy drive scans when user browses windows explorer or other file/open dialog boxes

Presentation Server 4.0
Windows 2003 Server SP1
ICA Client v9.150
Client OS (9x, 2k, XP)
Does anyone know what the config change is thats needed to stop local floppy
drive scans when windows explorer enumerates its available drive list?
This one has been around for a while in our environment and I am yet to find an
answer.
