[THIN] Deleting items in "MY DOCUMENTS" not going into Recycle Bin

I've got a strange problem that I can't find the answer to anywhere -
Deleting items in user's MY DOCUMENTs folders do not go into their
Recycle Bin.
Any ideas anyone?
