Tom,

Just checked your site. The certificate still has the old issue date so it
hasn't been replaced.

Do you have a csg server in front of the nfuse/WI server or is it the same
machine. Whichever server is the front end needs it's certificate updated. If
CSG is being used, then use the Secure gateway configuration utility to select
the new certificate.

regards,

Rick

Thanks Rick/Mark

I have followed your instructions but the expiry date on the new certificate is
the same as the old one. Any ideas what this might be.

Tom

        Hi Tom,

Didn't look far enough. Looks like the operational FQDN for you WI site
is https://nfuse.doric.au.com.

Please change all instances of "csg" to "nfuse" in the instructions I
sent you.

If you guys aren't using CSG, which may not be a good idea, then you'll
have to assign a new certificate in IIS rather than reconfigure CSG.

        regards,

        Rick

                Hi

How do I create a new certificate for users to access my WI
3.0. The current certificate expires next month.
