Have you tried recreateing the local host cache yet . . . On one of the
servers that you can't connect to pub apps on, stop the IMA service, go
to a command prompt and type:

        dsmaint recreatelhc

Start the IMA service again and see if folks can connect to the pub apps
on that server again.

okay, listener port sounds like the culprit.  I assume you've checked
all the advanced settings in the cnxn config tool.  you might want to
try recreating the listener.  default is ica + tcp + "All Network
Adapters".  You can create a second instance of the listener by
specifying ica + tcp + "Specific Adapter" from the drop-down.  Take the
perms off the original and try again.
