okay, listener port sounds like the culprit. I assume you've checked all the advanced settings in the cnxn config tool. you might want to try recreating the listener. default is ica + tcp + "All Network Adapters". You can create a second instance of the listener by specifying ica + tcp + "Specific Adapter" from the drop-down.
