Nope, no errors. it looks OK and is behaving OK network-wise in all other
senses as far as I can see

In the server 3 event logs...

Are you receiving any messages about machine account problems (wrong,
missing, etc.)?  If the server loses its machine creds with the domain
you'll get this problem.

ifso... remove to workgroup/readd to domain
