If you enter your sightings on e-bird, do you know how to use e-bird alerts? You could set up an alert for all birds not on your e-bird life list for Harris, Brazoria and Chambers Counties. Even if you aren't registered with e-bird, you can use Range and Point Maps from within Explore Data to see all observations of a species that have been reported. Limit it to current year. Then zoom in on your area. It will show where they've been reported, and you can click on the flags to see the dates and how many. Click on each row to see the actual checklist.
