[texbirds] Flammulated Owl Re-found

Brad McKinney and others have re-found the Flammulated Owl at the South
Padre Island Convention Center. The bird was re-located just east of
the water feature immediately south of the building. One must assume
that this bird has been there since it was originally found on January
8th. Hopefully, it will stay a while longer!
Thanks to Larry and Vicki Kirby and Jim and Brenda Martin for originally
finding this special visitor!
