recent sighting updates, or inquire about location details on birds listed

bird sighting, please include species name, location details, and contact
information.
-Rarities found this week-
A juvenile-plumaged LAUGHING GULL was photographed at Hornsby Bend, Travis
on 7/13 and continues through 7/15. The bird has been observed along the
road separating Pond 1 and 2 and also on the water at the eastern portion
of Pond 2.
-Continuing birds from previous week-
At least one SNOWY PLOVER continues on the West side of Pond 1 at Hornsby
Bend, Travis, on 7/15.
The long-staying GREAT KISKADEE continues at Berry Springs Park in
Georgetown, Williamson, most recently on 7/3. The most recent report
indicates there are now two birds present.
Up to four LESSER NIGHTHAWKS continue at the Village Shopping Center in
North Central Austin, Travis, last reported on 7/13. The birds are fairly
active, flying around the shopping center, but have also been photographed
perched on telephone wires.
