[TechAssist] vs4543 mitsubishi relay clicks then clicks off no high voltage

mitsubishi projection checked fluid leaks found none. checked all pico fuses ok
checked hot transistor and high voltage transistor are all ok checked diodes
from secondary ok do not have a print can anybody help me. any help will be
greatly appreciated
