[TechAssist] magnavox 27y1 no osd

Customer wants to fix this oldie, He says
that osd display went away after his father rolled over on remote on couch.
There is no osd at all, He also says he was able to still access menu
functions by counting number of keystrokes,just no osd. I have lost my y1
print any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
