[TechAssist] ctc195 dynamic focus pob.

I have this unit which iam pulling my hair out on.
I've talked to rca about ten times already. I think
its dyn. foc. prob. on blank screen its distorted on
edges.My voltages are off in this area Q19001 c
voltage is suppose to be 45 volts butt its 150 volts &
100 volts high on the p to p on Q19131 on the
emitter has 1 volt suppose have 10 volt . Any body
slightest ideal were to start. thanks steve @ajs tv
