[TechAssist] Zenith PVY4661DT PTV, bad converg after line surg.need part ID on 9-1690

This 46" Zenith PTV unit has a 9-1674 main, but has a bad converg.
module 9-1690. The house power went on and off several times rapidly and
this is the result.On this converg panel( 9-1690)two resistors are
toasted feeding the two STK0392-110 chips (IC4008,4009)
The resistors are R1460 and R1463. I think they are 1 ohm, need to
verify.
I will also change the STK's.
