[TechAssist] Zenith PV4663RK Top and bottom bowed,no convergence control

This set has all the voltages to the boards but the top and bottom are bowed
and the convergence is way off and cannot adjust. I checked the two
resistors that usually cause this and they are ok. At this moment I am still
hunting so if anyone has seen this before I'll check later for the fix.
