My own zenith has a weak tube. Red is predominant. Since there aren't
any adjustments, I experimented with changing the biasing of the red
drive. I don't remember which resistor I replaced off hand but I replaced
it with a variable one and was able to back off the red enough that the picture
looks pretty decent.
