I only know that I have scanned schematics to members and never heard
back from them. It would have been nice to know that they received them.
They could do that privately.

If anybody wants to continue getting help, they better send a thank
you, perhaps privately! If i don't hear back after sending a schematic or
looking something up,forget it.Its only right! al

Russ,
It was asked NOT to send just thank yous to the list. I've seen people
send a thank you to each response,
on list...there is no need for that.
Sending a thank you in your "fix" email is perfectly acceptable. Jeff

I thought I read a message a few weeks ago saying not to post thank yous
for tips that worked because of the high volume of emails and to simply
say thanks in advance when posting the problem.

I was just wondering why there are so few fixes posted. Often I will see
a lot of posts for one problem set and then no follow-up with what the
final solution was. This would help all of us repair that same set the
next time. Hopefully the reason is everybody is so busy that they don't
have time.
