[TechAssist] ViewSonic VG171b no display

Does anyone have any troubleshooting guide on these LCD monitors? This one
has no display and no backlight, When power is applied the green light comes
on but nothing else happens. I did the shine the light on the screen and
there is no display there. The customer said it was just a white screen when
it first went out and now nothing. I need a point in the right direction on
starting to repair these LCD screens. Thank you.
