Hi Techs,
This week I got calls for service for two Toshiba projection sets. Before
setting up the service calls I wanted to check on the price and availibility
of the service manuals. the first one was a 61A60 and showed to be NLA from
Tritronics and Herman Electronics. Tritronics did a research on the second
one, a 57H93 and replied it was only availible through the Toshiba service
website as a download.
Since I am an independent shop I can't access their website. At one time I
had access to their website but that was discontinued except for ASC's only.
Is this a preview of the future of Toshiba repair for independent shops?
Has anyone else run into this problem? Thanks for any replies.
