There's your answer Kevin. Don't even try to repair these on a component
level. And I would not jump to the conclusion that because the DVD won't
spin, that it's the motor.
Most DVD Players will not be worth repairing. Even Toshiba has opted to
replace DVD Players under Warranty, and not have ASC repair them.
