[TechAssist] Toshiba 50HX51, blows fuse, remove STK ok, add STK dead again

Hi guys - Could use a little help here for one of our good customers, thanks 
for anyhelp!!!!!!
Model # 50HX81

Toshiba 16x9 screen

Repeatedly blows 5 amp fuse.

If the convergence output ics STK392010 are removed, fuse is fine and pic is on 
but out of convergence, 16V line stays up.

When STK's are reinstalled it blows the fuse again then is dead.

Has used oem STK's.
