I posted the same issue last week for a Sony KV27S26. I pasted my cure below: ...On the" G "power supply board, I replaced the 9 volt regulator IC "IC641" (part# SI-3090CA, 874992058) And the assiciated upright black single inline IC643 (DM-58, 874901213) located behing the 9V reg. Set powered up with good operation. Fixed... (In retrospect, probably just the 9V reg IC641 would have fixed it.)
