[TechAssist] Sony KV32S25, No HV, low growl from speakers, FIX

Friends,

This set was left at my door (given to me) over two months ago.  Set
would click when powered on, but no high voltage and only a low-pitched
growl from the speakers.  I replaced the flyback (since I had one).  No
change.  At the suggestion of Wayne Vanaman from Omega Electronics, I
replaced IC641, SI3090, 874992058, on the power supply pcb.  Took care of
the problem.  Set is now for sale!
