[TechAssist] Sony KV-27S46(Chassis BA-4D) picture a little narrow and non linear

I have a Sony KV27S46 that came in with a bad H.O.T. (2SC5426). Replace it
the picture came back. I noticed with a crosshatch pattern that the
horizontal sweep is not linear and a little narrow. It is normal at the left
edge but as it scan to the right side my squares get narrower. The B+ is
135V(normal). The H.output does get pretty hot(145 degrees) after awhile.
the service adjustments only has a horizontal size which will make the
picture wider but does nothing for the non linearity. Does anyone have any
ideas before I spend hours checking all the wave shaping parts in the
deflection circuit?
