[TechAssist] Sony KV27S15 Video Problems

Make : Sony
Model : KV27S15
Problem : Video consists of dark horizontal bars . no actual picture. OSD
does come up but is distorted also.
Audio is fine.
This will be a service call for Tuesday , so we haven't seen the set yet.
Does this sound like a classic Jungle IC failure or a B+ support for the
Jungle failing?
We'd like to have a part with us for the trip.
Anyone have any notes on this model that may help?
